- From US$136.60 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 902 reviewsWhats not to like ! Not only is Koh Mak like paradise on earth, Seavana does a great job in completing the picture ! Very welcome reception make you feel like someone special, the staff put al efforts in to making your stay like every holiday should be. We had a frontside shared bungalow , very clean and daily cleaned, towels originaly presented when to be changed. We booked for 11 nights and may say, it may have taken many more. The restaurant offers one of the best food on the island at very reasenable prices , we rented a scooter for the period which made moving around somewhat easier . Needless to say, Seavana is up there on our list!Guest review byPatrickBelgium
- From US$121.45 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 793 reviewsWe loved our stay at Mira Montra. The stuff were amazing! Very kind and helpful and always there for us. The hotel has an overall relaxed ambience with tones of quiet luxury. We stayed at a beachfront villa which was very pleasantly decorated with natural materials and a very comfortable bed. We loved relaxing on the porch, gazing at the birds flying over. The beach was lovely! The food at the restaurant was great! Breakfast was fine too. We really miss staying at the Mira Montra. We definitely suggest it and hope to re-visit.Guest review byIOANNISGreece

Clean and spacious the bungalow has a balcony that overlooks the garden. Hire a scooter at this resort, the bikes are good and it's lovely and quiet on the island so riding to explore the beaches and restaurants is fun.Guest review byamandaUnited Kingdom

There are a few other resorts nearby and a little supermarked at the resort next door. We loved the mosquitonet door, so you could sleep with open door and listen to the waves.Guest review byberitDenmark

Koh Mak is quite small but beautiful and has a lot of nature. Good kick-boxing school. Variety of good eating places Koh Mak seafood being one of them. It is far more relaxed than Koh Chang with less to do but I actually found the peacefulness and serenity more alluring. The people are friendly and it has a up early sleep when the sunsets kind of vibe but also if you want to be out later you can. There are some very picturesque beaches and bars. Also a variety of takes on food By the sea has great sandwiches etc. If the weather turns bad then this is when the boredom may be an issue. However I loved the thunderstorms and lightening shows. Best I had ever seen.Guest review byMarty TUnited Kingdom - 10.0

After researching on Google satellite I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Much lusher and more tourist-friendly than I expected. Though it's a small island, there's enough there to explore more than we could in 3 nights. And it is the ideal launching site to visit the famous diving and snorkeling sites around Koh Rang island. Five nights would be adequate, unless you're a snorkeling/diving addict, then maybe more.Guest review byFredUnited States - 8.0

Very small island which is still kind of rural and not very touristy. That also means that there are not many amenities or fun things you can do. Accommodations are more basic, food or bar options are limited, and you've seen all of the island in a few hours. But you can also have a perfect chill time without any noisy tourist crowds or big loud party areas. Beaches are great. If you want more action, just take the ferry to Ko Chang (once a day).Guest review byTyeJ_travelGermany
