I had a great stay at Ulysse Palace Djerba. The entire staff were so professional and showed true hospitality. they were accommodating to my elderly mom. So helpful and kind. I will definitely go back again to enjoy a longer vacation. kudos to all especially Adel, Ilyès, latifa, Manal, tahani, and Issam F&B manager. Thank you for your hard work and going above and beyond. Such a cute gem in the heart of Medina. Lovely decor and very nice relaxed atmosphere. Location was excellent, next to cafes, restaurants shops, 15 minutes walk from the Marina and 5 minutes from Bus/ Louage and Taxi station. The staff was excellent, polite and friendly, in particular Nejib, he was ever so nice and helpful with advice and recommendation, I followed all his advice, cannot thank him more!
