I loved absolutely everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool is stunning and so close to the wonderful beach. The food is delicious and you have so many choices that you're not know what to eat first. And the best part is the friendliness of the people who are working there. Thanks to all the staff, especially my favourite waiter Karim. All of you made my stay unforgettable. If I come back, I definitely stay in Jaz again.

Hotel is very nice with amazing services and really friendly staff. Location is great, walking distance from the city center and all the shops with souvenirs. Everything is clean. Food in the restaurant is the Best, so many choices and every day something different ! Mr. Farug at the reception was very helpful. I can recomend this hotel in deed!!!

The hotel was superb. The rooms were big with modern furniture comfortable beds and amazing sea views. Also the free wifi in the room worked really well. All the staff in every department were polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb with an amazing choice. The bars were good. I can find no fault with this hotel.     the Person was was not even there, I waited for hours then I had to grab a taxi and go to a hotel. he then texted me at night and insulted me for no reason. I was like you should be apologising not insulting me. he did not accept that I asked the site to cancel after he did not show up

    Virtually nothing. They don’t accept credit card because they don’t want to work with bank system. They requested cash at the counter and they show you the location of the withdrawal. Ahahahaha so pathetic and very low level…. Downgrade this hôtel to 0.5 just for the building

    The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches...

    The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches made for a very disappointing vacation. Very little information or promotion of the heritage/antiquities at carthage, Bardo museum or in the medinas. The traditional souks appear to have been replaced by stalls selling cheap trainers, clothes, copy watches and handbags. The significant drop-off in tourism following the terrorist attacks a decade ago has been a major challenge.

    Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-...

    Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.

    I did not go sight seeing.

    I did not go sight seeing. However, the people there are the best of humankind. I was there go get a family member back to UK who had fallen sick whilst on holiday in Sousse. From Taxi driver to hotel staff, they came to help in any way possible.
