High quality service, starting from your entrance to the hotel - extremely helpful staff, ready to support (literally, all - guys at the reception, breakfast/lunch, parking). Extra clean rooms, not a single fleck of dust! Nice location, offering the opportunity to have breakfast with great sea view in a calm atmosphere. Wallet parking, convenient, not free of charge, though, but still a good option. New Year decorations were amazing and I hardly restrained myself not to eat cookies houses :)

My room at this hotel was comfortable, featuring a lovely bathroom and the added bonus of a balcony. The breakfast was a real treat. Instead of the usual buffet, the staff brought it directly to you, which was a nice and appreciated touch. However, the absolute best part of this hotel is its location. Being able to walk to and from the thermal baths was incredibly convenient and a major highlight of my stay.

The rooms were as clean as they can be and beautifully furnished. Simply perfect work by the hosts and their team. They were always ready to help with any further request. The host. Mr. Sedat, is an incredibly kind and nice person. He helped us with any question we had and went the extra mile to make us as happy as possible. Our trip was for sure even better thanks to him. He knows a lot of locations in Kusadasi and advised us to go to certain restaurants as example which were absolutely amazing! The rooms are located very close to the sea, you just have to take a small walk, it's like 2 minutes and you can see the sea from your balcony if you're in a room which is seaside. You have a whole beach promenade directly where Lulubay is located where you can choose from several restaurants and bars do have breakfast at and dine at. The cocktails were awesome too! Couldn't have picked a better location to have a trip around whole of Kusadasi where you have a lot of amazing sightseeing possibilities (cultural things), Spas, bars, restaurants, etc to choose from!

    This was our second stay at Aquasis Hotel, and it was another fantastic holiday! We want to thank all the staff who made it possible. Special thanks to the Customer Relationship team for promptly addressing and following up on even the smallest issues. The hotel grounds are extensive, and despite its large capacity, we never felt crowded at the pools or the beach. However, if you have dinner around 8 PM, you might have to wait for a table due to the crowd, but it’s not a big deal. There are activities for everyone, whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation. The hotel’s architecture is well-designed, so you don’t encounter issues with overcrowding or finding sunbeds. The food was excellent, and the service staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly. Special thanks to Yusuf Bey, one of the restaurant managers, who served us dinner even though we arrived late on our first day; Yunus Bey, who organized our meal; Berat Bey at Yakut restaurant, who served us with great energy throughout our stay; and Sabriye Zengin, who kept our room spotless during our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next year for a longer stay.

    Amazing resort in the nature, very well maintened gardens, pools, rooms…all areas clean, numerous sport activities from 8am till late afternoon, evening programme really really fantastic with possibility to continue with dance party till late night disco music. Even the smallest problems that could happen, they took action quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay.     Catered for British tourists and was overrun by British people. Beach water was murky and beach was windy every day I was there which made it unpleasant. I ventured into Ölüdeniz which I found to be a much nicer beach but was a 30 taxi ride away

    Bodrum is a beautiful place, but it needs significant improvements in its service sector. Some staff members require proper training, professionalism, and guidance on how to treat visitors respectfully. I personally experienced and witnessed several incidents at restaurants and other establishments that fell short of acceptable customer service standards.

    The Old Town Agora and the Hotel - amazing. Izmir is extremely well located to head out early and explore Ephesus. We should have stayed another day and taken some boat cruises and organised a private guide to showcase the city to us... but we just ran out of time.

    Ölüdeniz beach & lagoon and Belcekiz beach are the main attractions (not shops). It is a small beach town. Because the mountains rush to the Sea here, this is a paragliding paradise and a MUST activity. While the beach is public, beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are only for rent. Cash is preferred, but restaurants easily take credit cards. There are lots of ATMs around. Best restaurants are on the beach side with good menus but with tourist pricing, yet still reasonable. We enjoyed Buzz Beach Bar for lunch (great tuna mayo wrap and fruit smoothies) and Bella Gusto (Italian) for dinner with homemade pasta.

    The pass includes the ruins which is preserved fairly well and the Pamukkale's terraces (and museum). Many of the terraces are empty of water and quite dried out. But we were able to soak in a few of them. The very top one has hot water dropping down from pipes and the water was warm and nice. The ones down below were colder and still ok to soak in. The pictures online were too good to be true, especially since there were a lot of people even at night. But overall, it is still worth the trip.

    The best place in Turkey I have seen so far for vacations. Maybe because it is not typically Turkish at all - feels more like Greece. The quality of people there is really high. Lots of night life and great restaurants (many Michelin) and local wines. Local restaurants designs are mind breaking!

    Very nice and pleasant town for a visit to Ephesus and other interesting places like the cathedral of St. John and the Isa Bey Mosque. There are also very good Turkish food restaurants like Selcuk Koftecisi.
