Their attitude was both professional and genuine. Instead of ignoring the situation, they took it seriously, engaged with us directly, and resolved everything with great courtesy. As a family, we truly appreciated how attentive and considerate the team was. It was very reassuring to see that they actually read the feedback and immediately took action. At this point, everything has been fully resolved. We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Görkem and the entire team for their efforts. Their warm approach and the time they dedicated to resolving the issue meant a lot to us. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, everything is clean and the food is really tasty. The staff is very attentive and genuinely cares about the guests. As a family, we had a very nice experience and we will definitely consider coming back again.
