Great location, great staff and the buffet was the best part. It didn't have a lot of options but the items there were delicious and the lady preparing the buffet was very polite and helpful. We arrived early and tired and it wasn't checkout time so the receptionist arranged us a free buffet for that morning The receptionist was really great to talk to as well and handled our Airport transfers. Even though the Airport transfer was early in the morning, one of the boys went to the shops early and got us breakfast because they knew we'll miss the buffet that day. The room was big and cosy, and we could see Hot Air Balloons from our window!

Everything! Staff is very friendly, they let us stay in the hotel before check in and after check out and even let us use the shower. The room is spacious, and decoration is really beautiful! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I was truly delighted when I first saw the room and experienced the hotel's exceptional location. When choosing a hotel, I focused on its location, as many hotels in the area are situated on elevated terrain, making access difficult without a car. This hotel's location was perfect. Another highlight was the hotel's restaurant, which immediately caught my attention. The breakfasts were absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to Fatma and Ismail for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and radiant smiles. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and there is an open rooftop terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons. We chose a room with a terrace; although the hotel faces away from the valley where the balloons rise, stepping onto the terrace and looking to the side offers a beautiful view. The rooftop terrace itself is simple, not overly decorated for photoshoots, but perfect for enjoying the balloon views without any extra cost. The hotel's design is elegant and thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like the hotel had just been built—everything was so new, fresh, and well-maintained. I later learned that it was considered one of the best in the area, though I hadn’t realized that before booking. And as a final touch, my heart was completely stolen by the hotel’s adorable Jack Russell Terrier, Daisy—an absolute little sweetheart! We stayed for three nights in February, and the heated floors were an absolute delight—such a thoughtful feature for the colder season. I highly recommend this hotel; it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss! All the photos were taken by me at the hotel, and the photo with the ball was taken from the terrace of our room.

Beautiful cave hotel! Loved the view from the window . Staff was always helpful. Recommendation of places or things to do was spot on and they even made booking for us for the Hot air ballon ride with the best price for the season and transfer from and to the airport was easily arranged by them. Loved the interior of the rooms . Overall a wonderful stay.

    It is good for short economic stay if weather is cool. Not good in summer. Location is good as it is within walking distance from the Taxi Stand and the main market. The hotel needs to have provision for Card Payment directly without having to go to a different outlet for card payment.

    Beautiful and quiet place.

    Beautiful and quiet place. Less busy and less expensive than Georme. Locations near Uçhisar castle is very lively but rule is same. closer your stay to main hub costly and busier it gets. Less than 10 mins drive to Georme town centre. Uchisar castle is worth visiting. Pigeon valley is 10 mins walk

    Urgup is small town but has a lot of very nice local restaurants, no chains!! A number of small shops selling local produce and the usual souvenir shops. Is you want a lot of hustle and bustle choose somewhere else but if you want somewhere a little more chilled and authentic this is the place.

    It is a lovely small town next to Goreme (famous for the hot air balloon rides and pointed rock structures) so its a short ride away with none of the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. It has many local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, to eat at without breaking the bank. There is a promenade with on the river with jungle gyms and play areas for little kids. And fishing is also possible from the banks of the river.

    Ortahisar is a beautiful little town.

    Ortahisar is a beautiful little town. It’s quite quiet but a short taxi ride into slightly busier Goreme. I’m glad we stayed in Ortahisar though as it was much more relaxing and quaint. Hisarönü Restaurant was our favourite place to eat - fantastic food, lovely Cappadocian wine and shisha. We even got given a free slice of cake as it was the owners birthday. Highly recommend!
