We had room with the balcony and it was spacious and very clean. Hotel provides comfortable experience in the Taipei central district. Breakfast buffet is different every day and each dish is very tasty. Afternoon tea and night soup is thoughtful addition. But what makes this place stand out (in my opinion) - is staff! everybody is professional, super friendly and helpful! Want to thank Harry and Kim who provided 11 out of 10 service! I know where we will stay when next time in Taipei

Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.

Location is around 10 mins walk from Xinbeitou station, so is one of the more accessible hot spring resorts in Beitou. Views are superb looking onto adjacent park, hot spring museum and library from both the room and the in-house cafe and bar. Room quality was exceptional, on par with a Japanese ryokan - spotless condition, no noise leakage and super comfortable bed and tatami flooring. Hot spring bathtub in room was blissful (did not try the public bath or sauna) with similar view to the main room. Breakfast buffet was great and the complimentary beers and biscuits in the room were much appreciated.

We have got a free upgrade on our room upon arrival, that was surprised! From the moment we check-in at the front desk until the minute I leave the hotel, I felt comfortable with their genuine services. Bedding was comfortable, ambience in the room was great, we stayed at the front corner at 8th floor, which provides great scenery of Taipei City (ZhongShan District). It was indeed a very convenient neighborhood and easy travel spot for tourists. Recommended to include breakfast in the booking, attentive staffs in the restaurant, breakfast taste good (I personally prefer English Breakfast selection)! We could order based on our preferences on breakfast. Will definitely return to stay again!

    I think the mix of traditional and tropical feel in Taipei was really interesting to see. There was a large range of places to explore - from artist villages to nightlife. Getting around was easy with public transport. Overall a fun place to stay.

    I love Taipei!!!

    I love Taipei!!! How organized and easy their transportation system from the airport to the city and going around. But more than anything, I love their night markets. If only I could try and eat everything. Their milk teas, they are all yummy regardless of where you buy it from. So many places to visit. I definitely will come back here.

    I have been visiting Taipei each year for the pass 10 years and enjoy it very much the city has a very low crime rate very friendly people with excellent transit and lots to do inside or outside very good for walking around
