I have been living in Tanzania for a year, and I have never received such a warm and genuine welcome. The staff at Pangani Cliffs Lodge make you feel at home in the smallest details: your name beautifully written on the welcome board at reception, their readiness to meet any need, their kindness, and the care they put into every little thing. Everything was simply outstanding. The lodge is set in the heart of nature, with direct access to both a beautiful pool and an unspoiled beach. The food is delicious, the cleanliness is impeccable, and every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed. I had mentioned to the staff that it would be my husband’s birthday and simply asked for a small candle. Instead, they surprised us with heartfelt birthday songs from the entire team and a personalized cake—such a touching and unforgettable gesture. From the breathtaking views to the warm smiles that greet you every day, Pangani Cliffs Lodge is truly a piece of paradise. We left with our hearts full, and I sincerely hope to return soon.

Francesco is the definition of a gracious host, full of information about the area, and able to make you feel completely at ease and at home. The food is also a cut above, and I loved the interior design of the place using driftwood from the beach. Can't recommend a visit to Bahari Pori more strongly.

A great place to stay, great beaches, pristine and clean. Close enough to the National park for us to make a few visits. Lovely helpful staff, could not be nicer. Well worth the journey there.

    If you are searching for remote quiet relaxing beach- this is for you. I loved everything. The staff is extremely friendly. Madam cook is excellent, she really tried to indulge my preferences, the cabin is lovely like all the facilities: minimalist intervention in natural sandy surroundings, natural materials . The monkeys are all around, sound of bush babies at night made this stay unique.

    Francesco and his team were excellent hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful tour through the mangrove forest by the beach and were able to stay an extra night in a beautiful house, fully equipped with all the amenities. The warmth and friendliness were outstanding. Thank you!

    It is truthfully an amazing piece of paradise.

    It is truthfully an amazing piece of paradise. An excellent place to unwind and relax. Getting to the area proved tricky due to the ferry not running and the bridge not built - we were told you could cross the bridge at 6pm but unfortunately had to wait for 4 hrs! This meant driving on dirt roads in the dark. Some signs for the villa would've been very helpful. However the staff were amazing when we arrived and even got us fed even though it was gone midnight. We woke up to paradise. We managed a boat trip to Mazewe Island which was fantastic. If we'd have booked for a little longer we would've managed some more trips. The beach was great fun for the whole family however. We are at local restaurants which were friendly and great food. Mikes Cottage was a favourite. It was such an excellent location to unwind and we would highly recommend.
