You have an amazing team of front desk staff. They were helpful and served with kindness. When I informed one of the front desk staff that I didn't have the right charger for the American socket, she gave me one for free, which was such a beautiful act of kindness. Thank you. My room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Clean environment and strategically located for buses (195 & 196) and train station. As well as a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Fun town to enjoy a laidback Octoberfest. Great people everywhere we went and everyone was enjoying themselves responsibly. Fun shops and plenty of hiking, ziplining, antiquing, historical areas and beautiful waterfalls to enjoy. I like the hotel because of the location it was close to a Walmart it was close to the restaurant Pappadeaux's which I like very much everything was convenient gas station was right next door to fill up it was a short trip but it still was satisfactory but still need some improvements especially with the breakfast menu in the morning at the hotel.I was in Room 217 and you can see from the photos there needs to be some repair made over the shower in the bathroom and also alongside that doorway on long side of the tub.I would like someone from the hotel Corporate Office who sees this review to give me a call to discuss and further detailGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0
