Myrtle Beach is a very nice place to visit. There's a lot of different things that you can do. There are many restaurants that you can go to the place that we stay was nice. However, the beach leaves a lot to be desired because the water is definitely not blue. Nightlife varies so have to do a little research, but there’s something for everyone, young to seniors. There were plenty of great options for children to stay entertained and enjoy the experience, which we really appreciated. However, we did experience some uncomfortable interactions in the area — particularly from a few individuals who seemed uneasy or unwelcoming toward people wearing hijabs. Rock Hill is a beautiful little city and an absolute gem just south of charlotte. Christmasville is an amazing Festival totally worth traveling for. We loved Hatcher Gardens, it was probably the highlight of our trip. The downtown area was a bit hard to navigate with a larger vehicle but there was a lot to see/do there as well. The staff at the Hub City Train Museum was phenomenal- knowledgeable and friendly.
