Loved the hotel, and all the facilities! The staff is beyond amazing, they were all so attentive and kind. We had such a lovely and fun Christmas celebration, 5 course meal presented with a show, the drinks were perfect and our server Kim was incredible, so sweet and kind to us ❤️ Shout-out to Olivia our customer care person, she was super helpful with relevant info and quick responses. We will definitely be back, thanks to the entire team who works there, we've rarely had such a fantastic hotel stay. If you're looking for a place to go in Ho Chi Minh, La siesta is the place to be. They had a photographer at the Christmas event, the day after we came back to printed photos in frames in our room ❤️❤️❤️

We had wonderful time at La siesta hotel. Everything was perfect, clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and amazing view from the rooftop pool and from the bar. Staff was very attentive and we felt very welcome at the hotel. Special thanks to miss Huong, who helped us with everything, gave us super recommendations and went out of her way to make us happy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Saigon.

Such a great hotel, luxury room, plenty of space, amazingly designed, beautiful pool area with great views of the city, amazing breakfasts, great room service (come oon - wagyu burger ordered at 3 AM delivered to room at 3:15??), professional staff, all so kind and helpful, cannot recommend this place more.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to store your luggage was a great service (I didn’t use the service, but they also have laundry service). They have filtered water machines for your refillable water bottles. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and tourist sights. The lockers were plenty big and were key card locked. Oh, and stairs to get to the upper bunks was nice, rather than a ladder.

The staffs especially the 2 boys at receptionist. With the amount price i have paid i felt like the service is 5 star. The boys literally help me carry my luggage and I didnt even call them to take my luggage upon checking out. Besides that, they help me out finding spa and also grab. They went extra miles to give the best service. Plus point. The free laundry service. Despite the location is at the back alley. Its actually quiet at night. I have a good sleep.

Beautiful hotel, very efficient and friendly staff, and good food = great value for money. We highly recommend to take the Club option, a beautiful salon where you can hang around drinking tea all day long and drinks after 5h30 pm. The Club team was the most professional and kind, especially the very knowledgeable Kevin. The hotel is also in a great location, at walking distance of the main tourist sites (although frankly there is little of interest for tourists in Ho Chi Ming). Everything in the room is top quality. Great pressing service also.

Never had a better one . Espresso coffee in room - excellent coffee in the restaurant . Amazing breakfast - served at your table when not too many guests .     There was 3 of us, my husband was in a wheelchair, the foot paths and entrance to shops etc were not good for person with disability. He can walk but not too far, too many steps and very narrow walkways everywhere. We had a good time and had days tours, but again not really suitable for person with walking problem. Although the guides were amazingly helpful. Enjoyed but 4 days was enough for us. The traffic is chaotic, but fun to watch. The airport was very unfriendly to person with disability, did not like the airport both arriving and departing, very dis-organized and un-helpful. People outside the airport were lovely and very helpful. Loved the place just not the airport.
