The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Despite arriving at 5 AM, they kindly allowed us to rest in the lobby. The receptionist stood out with her exceptional service—she helped us book tours and a taxi to the station, making our stay much smoother. The room - clean and spacious. The view from our room is really breathtaking we can see the Sapa Centre in the clouds ^^ Staff - really nice and always ready for any assistance. Amazing property. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel.
