Beautiful resort with friendly personnel and lovely food! Perfect location , close to beach , bars restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free pick-up from the airport was smooth and much appreciated.

The place and staff are just beautiful. The whole environment is incredibly peaceful, friendly and laid back. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Located in a prime position to go to the beach and, when you buy drinks, you can use the facilities of the beach club. Plus it's close to the Saying Club for food and other more local fish street restaurants There are bikes available for use which you can ride to an area not far away where there is more variety of restaurants, spas and shops

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that this hotel offers. The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's sister restaurant, located few minutes away, where the culinary delights were a true feast for the senses. Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was just as described, if not better. The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic.

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

    It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay.

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).
