ItalyI absolutely loved my stay at the Willets!! I will be a return guest for sure. As a solo female traveller I feel completely safe and at home. The room was beautiful, staff were lovely, breakfast at Kingsley’s was wonderful. Bed was sooo comfy, wish I could have stayed longer in this sweet hotel. Loved the reading nook and Blessmore was an awesome host.

United KingdomSunshine Cottage is a lovely place to stay in the area of Fish Hoek, and I would definitely recommend it. Very clean, comfortable, private, and spacious enough for two people. Great facilities and within walking distance to the beach. The place is quiet and has a supermarket (Spar) not far from. Private parking and excellent wifi. Comfortable bed and a great shower! Enjoyed the coffee, milk, and the biscuits that the hosts left for us too :-)

The Place is a "Wow " with breathtaking views! Unbeatable!
Deco tasteful with pure artistic style. House is bright, sunny cosy and comfortable it is clean and perfectly equipped. Seaviev from the balcony/deck is staggering with a great outlook. Close to many attractions.
Excellent service ! Kind warm and helpful. Enjoyed our stay ,and will definitely return. A gateway to remember.

Lovely host who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. Very good communication upfront. Check-in went smooth with the support of the staff. The room was really big and comfortable. Perfect location if you want to take a walk or a short drive to some good local hotspots for a bite - Kalkies Fish & Chips is highly recommended.

This was my favourite place in SA. The owner was so nice, the seaview with the sunrise just awesome, the breakfast tasty. All the little details in our room and in the structure made our stay perfect. We did an early morning swim in the tidal pool right under the B&B, perfect start into the day!

Mandy welcomed us warmly and throughout our stay was wonderful and attentive. She made our stay even more special, and is an absolute credit to the team. The guesthouse itself is superbly located overlooking the bay, rooms well furnished and comfortable and load shedding free!

The room was super clean and comfortable and the views amazing. Clovelly is a stunning neighborhood and super safe. we enjoyed hiking on the mountain and can’t wait to return.

If you have a rental car, then you have the perfect spot. you can go around short distance to Penguin beach, beach close to the guest house, the Navy museum etc. It is a small town to relax for a day or two.

Muizenberg is well connected to drive to Cape Town (20-30 minutes) and also to the Cape of Good Hope, or to travel both directions by train. We enjoyed the little cafés, restaurants and shops on the way to Fishhoek. It is was great to have a long beach in Muizenberg but at the time we went there we found lots of seaweed and there were some constructions going on that created unpleasant smells.

What I liked most is the on suite toilet the tranquility of the place, the neatness and the comfortable bed.
What I did not like was the fact that there was very little space for our food and drinks., maybe just to invest a small freezer or get another fridge., but otherwise place is awesome.

Kalk Bay is a perfect getaway for those who appreciate the finer things in life-wonderful restaurants where you are spoilt for choice, friendly locals, spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding hills. The working harbour with its fresh fish on display is really great. Lucky's fish and chips in the harbour complex is a must-including Bootleggers, The Portuguese restaurant-etc, etc! An eclectic mix of different cultures give this little gem a vibrant, welcoming hue-could happily live here!

Clovelly is a lovely quiet area in between the quite lively and noisy suburbs of Kalk Bay and Fish hoek, but only a short walking distance away from them, (about 15 minutes walk) So nice if you want to have peace and quiet while you sleep. Clovelly and fish hoek beach are really close, and the nice restaruants in Kalk bay also close. There are lovely mountain paths you can walk down and hikes right out of the back garden. Lovely sunset view from the flat.

exactly as advertise, no surprizes. very nice, clean and comfortable stay. ideal for families or in my case, close friends. ideally situated for cape point, hout bay and peninsula. the distance even works well for table mountain and sea point via the scenic chapman's peak drive. Kathy, the Manager and her husband was very friendly and helpful with tips for local eat-outs and to-do options. we will be back in the future, inshallah/God willing.

Gardens and flowers. There's a tennis court next to the sea.
I drove to Muizenberg for a walkabout and breakfast one
morning, and shopped in Kalk Bay, but St James is the
"gem" sandwiched between the two towns. I regularly took
a walk to the cafe next to the station, very important at this time of covid was outside seating.

We had a fantastic time staying in Simon’s Town—such a charming coastal gem! The location is perfect for exploring the Cape Peninsula, with easy access to Boulders Beach and its famous penguins, as well as breathtaking drives along the coast. The town itself has a peaceful vibe, friendly locals, and some great little cafés and restaurants. Our accommodation was lovely—clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views that made every morning feel special. It’s the perfect base for nature lovers and those looking to unwind by the sea. Highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting the Cape!

Muizenberg is a big surf area attracting many people who love being in or close to the water. It is busy and active with plenty of action on or near the water. Plenty of eating places with great coffee to go.
Not Hout Bay or Camps Bay so don't go thinking you will get fine dining and dressed up crowds. Think more bohemian and down to earth.
A great vibe if you love the ebb and flow of the ocean and surfers.

Fish Hoek is quite a busy town with several supermarkets to pick up groceries; Woolworths is excellent. And the town is nicely located on the coast for easy access to both east and west coast resorts - and Cape of Good hope, too. Excellent coast path enables you to walk to other beaches - my wife and I walked to Muizenberg, a very enjoyable stretch!
