Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind.     Absolutely everything was perfect. I simply could not have asked for anything more. We felt extremely safe, we were well fed and had so much fun doing all the different activities. Tomjachu Bush Retreat is absolutely perfect for people wanting to explore African nature at their own pace and be safe whilst doing so (thanks to the electrically fenced massive estate keeping dangerous animals and humans away). We are vegetarian and Tomjachu Bush Retreat accomodated us with super delicious vegetarian meals throughout our stay. I dont have anything to complain.

    Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing through to Maputo-mozambique, Limpopo, the Kruger Park. The one bad thing about the place is lack of taxi services like Bolt or Uber locally. One has to do with the local minibus taxis which do not always service some areas and operate at set hours. There are some operators but charge speculative fares due to the absence of app based taxis. I'm told this is due to minibus taxi operators blocking their activities. An example is going to/fro the airport which is problematic, or going to Maputo. There are few options.

    Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations. Great to see the wild horses and visit the magnificent waterfall. Excellent restaurant with the best Eisbein and beef goulash at Bohemian. Wonderful Sunday afternoon music too. Nice to meander through the village streets. We were lucky to see the Autumn leaves turning so delightful colours everywhere.

    Schoemanskloof is a beautiful area with stunning views and Waterfalls. There is a lot of nice affordable accomodation as well. We stayed at Klipinnibos which were absolutely wonderful!! There is a lot of hiking possibilities around the area with a lot of shade.

    Awesome dog friendly venue, our fur babies had a ball swimming and hiking. Venue is self catering and is well equipped. Venue is on a dirt road but we did not have any problem with our vehicles getting there. Nelspruit is close enough for doing shopping and the Kruger National Park was close by for day trips.

    we went to do a marathon near nelspruit and made it a get away as well to see waterfalls around the area and we visited a few places in all the small towns around sabie, graskop, and took a trip on the long tom pass. Wish we had more time to see more but defnitely worth our time spent in area.if you love nature ....mountains, waterfalls and nature captured a great memory for us to remember.

    NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HOST. HE TRIED HIS BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US. BOOKING.COM MADE A DOUBLE BOOKING. THE HOST OFFER US HIS OWN BEDROOM EN SUITE. WE BOOKED TWO ROOMS BECAUSE WE WERE 3 PEOPLE. THIRD PERSON HAD TO SLEEP ON FLOOR. I HOLD BOOKING.COM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. YOU TOOK THE MONEY FOR TWO ROOMS BUT WE ONLY GOT ONE.
