    Absolutely everything was perfect. I simply could not have asked for anything more. We felt extremely safe, we were well fed and had so much fun doing all the different activities. Tomjachu Bush Retreat is absolutely perfect for people wanting to explore African nature at their own pace and be safe whilst doing so (thanks to the electrically fenced massive estate keeping dangerous animals and humans away). We are vegetarian and Tomjachu Bush Retreat accomodated us with super delicious vegetarian meals throughout our stay. I dont have anything to complain.

    Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing through to Maputo-mozambique, Limpopo, the Kruger Park. The one bad thing about the place is lack of taxi services like Bolt or Uber locally. One has to do with the local minibus taxis which do not always service some areas and operate at set hours. There are some operators but charge speculative fares due to the absence of app based taxis. I'm told this is due to minibus taxi operators blocking their activities. An example is going to/fro the airport which is problematic, or going to Maputo. There are few options.

    Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations.

    Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations. Great to see the wild horses and visit the magnificent waterfall. Excellent restaurant with the best Eisbein and beef goulash at Bohemian. Wonderful Sunday afternoon music too. Nice to meander through the village streets. We were lucky to see the Autumn leaves turning so delightful colours everywhere.

    Schoemanskloof is a beautiful area with stunning views and Waterfalls. There is a lot of nice affordable accomodation as well. We stayed at Klipinnibos which were absolutely wonderful!! There is a lot of hiking possibilities around the area with a lot of shade.

    The facilities are exactly as advertised. Access was easy, host proactive and well communicative. Though she offers self-checkin, she holds your hand through the process. The place is 40min from Kruger National Park where all the fun is at. A must check out certainly

    We received a whatsapp message from the owner with...

    We received a whatsapp message from the owner with directions and instructions when we get there. we followed the instructions only to get to the lodge and there was no one to sign Mr Mbhele in. numerous calls were made to the owner and the calls were not answered. Mr Mbhele ended up leaving the property to find alternative accommodation, an hour later the owner called saying he couldnt take the call as he was in a meeting. surely he knew he was expecting a guest, and after seeing 15 calls you should know there is an emergency, you excuse yourself from the meeting and deal with you guest. Instead he ask why did Mr Mbhele not get out of his car and ask around, who does that. you are from a long trip, you are tired, all you want to do is take a shower, have a meal and go sleep, here you asking why he didnt ask around, ASK WHO??? Its not like he frequents this place.

    we went to do a marathon near nelspruit and made it a get away as well to see waterfalls around the area and we visited a few places in all the small towns around sabie, graskop, and took a trip on the long tom pass. Wish we had more time to see more but defnitely worth our time spent in area.if you love nature ....mountains, waterfalls and nature captured a great memory for us to remember.

    NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HOST. HE TRIED HIS BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US. BOOKING.COM MADE A DOUBLE BOOKING. THE HOST OFFER US HIS OWN BEDROOM EN SUITE. WE BOOKED TWO ROOMS BECAUSE WE WERE 3 PEOPLE. THIRD PERSON HAD TO SLEEP ON FLOOR. I HOLD BOOKING.COM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. YOU TOOK THE MONEY FOR TWO ROOMS BUT WE ONLY GOT ONE.

    I liked the game tour honestly I liked everything about pumba except the little incident of not having water on the last day we had to drive back without shower but luckily we stay around otherwise it would have been a long travel without shower maybe if we can have a backup for such cases
