The evening meal was great. So too was the breakfast, We we could have just what we wanted. The yoghurt pot on arrival was a lovely touch too. Our room was bright and modern.

Cellar in Town was excellent. We had a room by the pool and then access to the main house. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toiletries provided adequate. The internet worked well. The pool was excellent as it was a hot day. We really enjoyed this place and felt so fortunate to have found it. The home is lovely and the decor is interesting. Secure parking is provided.. We enjoyed our breakfast by the pool. Overall 10/10

This beautifully designed and cosily furnished cottage is an absolute gem! You can enjoy the amazing view into nature from inside through the big windows, from the big porch or - and this was our big highlight - from the fire-heated hot tub. At night you can watch the stars sitting in the hot tub with nothing but nature around. It is simply beautiful and a great place to calm down, relax and enjoy the quiet away from all street noise. Since it is entirely off the grid, it is not affected by loadshedding. We’d highly recommend taking a factory tour in the olive oil factory with Allison while there. Both Allison and Francis are very welcoming, friendly and caring hosts. If we ever make it back to South Africa, the trip up to the farm with this special cottage will be a must on the itenerary!

Such a beautiful house in the middle of nature on a peaceful farm. This is the perfect getaway to really switch off for a bit. It had two great Braai spots and wood fired pool/ hot tub. The Springbokkies and Alpacas walking around the beautiful natural surroundings were a joy to watch. The restaurant on site was also really good. Overall an amazing stay.

The furnishings, pillows, mattresses, complimentary rusks, biscuits, coffee and tea facilities. The staff are awesome and offered to clean up after we made a huge brunch. We gave them tips for their efforts. The owner is kind, helpful with places worth visiting and super accommodating, including a later check out - notwithstanding that they were fully booked that night.

We loved this backpackers. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, Kevin and Linda are excellent hosts who know how to make you feel at home and wanting to stay longer. Very relaxed atmosphere. Personal service that you do not always get anymore in a time of keypad and smartlock check ins and excellent value for money. The 'budget' rooms inside the house have more character than the ensuite rooms where we stayed but it was nice to have our own ensuite bathroom facilities, everything immaculately clean from bathrooms to kitchen; great kitchen facilities to cook your own meal or just have a coffee by the pool. The energy of the place is just very good we felt.Thank you so much and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommended as a base to explore the area and do some great wine tasting or other things. Thank you!
