I don’t have enough words to praise this hotel. First of all the locatiom is perfect, right in the middle of sea point, and right beside a big supermarket. The room was very big, well equipped. Staff very polite. Breakfast at irene resto was the highlight. Went there every day and still didn’t tried everything in the menu. Really like that group cove & collection, they have many restos, all same good quality. Would def stay here again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    The perfect location , you just walk to the restaurants , the beach . the hospitality , I had a really good view of the beach . Honestly I think you can’t beat a bay hotel view . The room was spacious and comfy , I ate at the restaurant . The portions were so big and food was tasty . They had options of welcoming drink . The hop on and hop off bus is right outside the hotel. I will definitely go back . Also a champagne breakfast . They agreed for a late check out that was not charged and I could enjoy the hotel amenities while I waited for my night flight . My room also was upgraded just perfect .

    The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly.     Great staff and facilities. Daily activities for the kids. Our first time and we totally loved it. It's pity the hotel room didn't have a microwave but the kitchen staff were more than happy to reheat our food when we had leftovers. A really really great place.     We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartments for a total 8 nights. The hotel agreed to store our luggage in-between 2 stays. The rooms are very spacious for families and very clean and modern. Wifi, showers and TV work well. The 2 restaurants are good. The beds were comfortable. The staff (Mukhtar & Donald) were very very helpful.

    I loved walking & running on the beachfront promenade.

    I loved walking & running on the beachfront promenade. There were lovely restaurants and coffee shops on Beach Road. Main Road, Sea Point is not the best. I would have preferred to stay at Mouille Point/ Granger Bay as it is quieter. Best parts: the beach at Camps Bay, hiking up Lion's Head, sundowners at The Winchester Hotel and at Rockpool in Beach Road, sundowners and dinner at Aegir in Noordhoek, wine-tasting at Constantia Glen. In Sea Point traffic is quite bad throughout the day and you may be approached by beggars/ homeless people.

    What a wonderful town, we visited 30 years ago and had to go back for our anniversary just to discover how much it expanded! We were priviledged to see whales and loved the Waterfront and surrounding restaurants. Absolutely loved the Hemel en Aarde Valley with surrounding wine farms, loved La Vierge and they made it so special when they heard it was our anniversary, brought us champagne to celebrate.

    A most delightful vibrant little town, one needs to remember it is a student town, so if staying close to clubs and pubs, going to be a little noisy. Great shopping and eating experiences. Traffic quite crazy though.

    Knysna is a beautiful town and a highlight in the Garden Route! A must to visit is the waterfront area. We had a fantastic trip on a yacht to the Heads at sunset with Springtide! The restaurants at the Waterfront are the best in town. We loved 34 Degrees South and Drydock Company. A visit to the Heads is a highlight. Knysna is surrounded with beautiful forest and there are plenty walks to choose from.

    We actuallly went up to visit a School friend, but got to drive around a bit and found Plett a lovely pretty place with lots of restaurants and craft markets. We also loved the Roadside Cafe as we had our Pet with us and it was perfect. Wished we had more time to explore.

    Beautiful town in SA with French heritage infused into many aspects of the town. The town also boast with cute clothing boutiques show casing local and international brands. I loved the jewelry stores where you can get excellent deals on diamonds and tanzanite's. Ideal for those who want to explore wine farms. The Franshoek wine tram was a wonderful experience. We hopped on and of a cute train that dropped us of by the most beautiful wine farms. We got great deals on wine tastings and pairing and discounts on wine. Highly recommend.

Cabin living on farms away from the city We have been visiting Mossel Bay for the last 30 years and continue to be one of our favorite holiday destinations, making it one of the most underrated stops along the Garden Route.

    It sucks!!

    It sucks!! We had to call them to open the gate for us while they didn’t even send us any messages how to enter! What we saw on the booking@ picture is not what we got! It was just a tiny room! They got bad service THE OLD LADY with stinky attitude! We didn’t even sleep there!

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to the guests. The buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of dishes and catered for everyone. The Wave restaurant was wonderful and had a good vibe.
