Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Thank you Valentina at the breakfast restaurant: together with your team you did a marvellous job.

This hotel is amazing in terms of space designs, an interior design. The staff are incredibly friendly. Ms.Cecy from the reception was amazing, her hospitality was original. She was very delicate and sophisticated. This is my second time staying. I have enjoyed even more this time. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. You will not regret it. Amazing hotel ,brand new look and feel. Very hospitable and courteous staff. No complaints at all. Stayed here one night during my transit with family. They offered a complimentary room upgrade. Also extended the check out time upon request. Few super stars staff members to mention , Chef Kamal for an excelled buffet breakfast having loads or varities , Nandar for nice service for taking care of kids needs during dine in. Sarfaraz for nice handling at reception and extending check out time. I highly recommended this facility for a family staycation. Amazing job team Hampton by Hilton.
