Czech RepublicHot spring pools were very enjoyable in the rain. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The room was pretty spacious. We tried both restaurants and preferred the one on the 5th floor as we liked the fish offer there and the ambiance. The pool bar and cocktails weee great, especially the margarita with salt and chilli peppers. The receptionist remembered our names and called us by name everytime when we needed something, which was a nice touch. Entire staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel is close to Arenal attractions
