The setting of the hotel is very special. It looks like a village (hence the Village name😁). So even the resort had more than 85% ocupation rate it felt like was all just for us !. Many of the pools are heated so kids had a great time. Pools are scattered all over the place so you can take your choice of location, pool bar and tourists arround to acompany you. Aqua Park was a must so we spent some time there as well. The beach has an entrance to the sea with sand and it is very good for kids. No waves, low depth and very safe. We been mostly to El Khan restaurant as we like local food wherever we travel. I must say all management here is FULLY COMMITED to food security, cleaness and quality of all they serve as food, drinks and so forth. Also the a la carte restaurant ShellFish highly recomended.

We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

Everything, from the view, the food, the vibe, the facilities, everything was even better than expected.

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

This intimate resort is located by a stunning coral reef in a peaceful spot with no boats or other tourists. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with diverse cuisine, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and direct sea access just a few steps from your bungalow, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small terrace. Everything is just as described. It is only 25-minute ride from the Marsa Alam airport.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The accommodation was comfortable and tastefully decorated, and it was a joy to return here after the day’s activities. The food and drinks were simply fantastic: every dish was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the drinks perfectly complemented the day. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always responding with a smile to every request, which truly made us feel at home. I would especially like to highlight the programs: there were so many options that every day was exciting. Whether we wanted active recreation or a more relaxing time, we always found something interesting. The variety of sports, leisure activities, workshops, and entertainment offered fun for all ages, making participation in them an unforgettable experience. The pool was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and a refreshing swim, leaving us completely recharged. Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice in every way: the comfort, hospitality, gastronomy, and entertaining programs combined to make our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely return!

Superb resort, fantastic facilities, good food, very clean and very well maintained everywhere, excellent pools, lazy river great, superb snorkelling. The swim up room fantastic. Excellent resort!

We had an amazing time, all thanks to Wael, who took exceptional care of us. He organized our trips to swim with dolphins, visit one of the most beautiful beaches, and arranged a journey to Luxor with a private taxi driver and guide. He ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. We also want to thank Karim who’s service was always with a smile, he is a very kind and helpful young man. The chef his food was incredible, the portions were generous, fresh and made with love. The rooms were perfect, the many cuddles of the beautiful dogs were heartwarming and the sea has a stunning rief where you could spend hours! We couldn’t have wished for a better, more pure, and relaxing stay. Everyone was so friendly and sincere, which made our vacation even more special. Everything, starting from amazing reception, food. Pools. Beaches and great kind staff of the resort. The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay
