- Food was amazing: so much selection and was never hungry after it! (breakfast, lunch, dinner provided was buffet style). The food staff were very nice. - Location: Beautiful area surrounded by monkeys, deer and birds. - Amenities: Pool was nice to cool down, bar area was nice to get a drink and other options like massages or table tennis were available. - Excursions: 1. Safari: this was so cool, we went twice! Saw elephant, leopard, wild hog and many more animals. Both safari drivers were very passionate and nice. 2. Nature walk: this was very interesting as our guide showed us lots of things and we also saw an elephant. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to visit with very nice staff!

We loved this hotel. The garden is simply stunningly beautiful, beds comfortable, rooms spacious and clean, the staff were gorgeous. Breakfast has a good selection and other meals were good. They organised a safari with a local naturalist who gave us wonderful tours, much better than the government one. They went over and beyond getting me a refund from another hotel that has been closed by the government. The Nest Inn receptionist will be treasured in my memory for being honest, good and kind.

Drive to Ooty town is only 1 hour and Gudalur is 45 mins Safety: The entire property is fenced and rock-walled.. however, advice is to stay inside the campus post-dark. Food & drinks: You will get home-style food here .. South, North and other options served

It's a lovely place for families to stay! Mr. Vaid is an excellent host and proprietor of this place. Breakfast is excellent and can easily rate 5 stars. Staff were very obliging. Rooms were clean and very well maintained and have AC. Hot water for bath is available at 6am itself. Lots of wild animals like deer, elephant visit the surroundings of this place. All in all, and excellent experience and hence the 5 star rating.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the feel of it, and the staff, specifically Mr. Sabrina and Mr. Marshal, their hospitality was exceptional. The food never dropped the mark as well. Being there for the 2nd time, I loved it.
