They upgraded us to a junior suite and outside of our room is a direct access to the pool. Their amenities are excellent. Staff are all accommodating and always greet u with a huge smile.

The hot springs are really hot and that's great 😂 The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are very well decorated. They have the best mattresses in the world. It's like sleeping on a cloud!
