Our stay was perfect. The room is very nice, we upgraded it to sea view and it was worth it. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.

This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.

Everything about Château du Comte exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning surrounded by greenery, peaceful gardens, and that majestic cedar tree that adds so much charm to the view. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were polite, always smiling, and attentive to every detail. Breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Rafka at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. Truly a five-star stay!
