A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. The location is amazing . The rooms are spacious and clean , the gardens are tranquil and a lovely area to sit and just be in the moment . it’s on the edge of the forest and the rapti river . staff could not have been more helpful and informative.

It was amazing and unexpected! Mr Rajendra organized everything for us! Free pick up and drop off at the bus station,3 safari for very reasonable price. Hotel is very beautiful with good breakfast and restaurant ! Stuff was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this place! After noisy Kathmandu we were like in paradise

Our stay at Sapana Village Lodge was fantastic. One of the highlights was the opportunity to observe and interact with the rescued elephants. Every morning and evening, we could watch them taking a bath in the river, and we also participated in the feeding activity in the morning. The staff at Sapana Village Lodge are incredibly nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available with a smile.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
