I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

The restaurants serves Caribbean dishes. The S Hotel is in such a lovely location AND only about 5 mins from the airport - right along the beach. The staff was perfection.. Taniel and Andrea went above and beyond on several occasions for my husband and I. The restaurants were amazing and the breakfasts... We looked forward to them. The spa amazing. A resort nurse if you don't feel well. Just wonderful. We will be back❤️

The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me!
