Location wise is convenient. Located in between okachimachi station and Ueno station. Walking distance to ameyoko shopping street. A residence hotel in quiet neighborhood. There is a halal ramen restaurant newly opened across the street. 7e and family mart nearby. Amenities complete except no place to dry shirts.

A great hotel and perfectly located for trains and for all the Osaka sites. Staff were very accommodating and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Perfect for our Osaka stay.

Breakfasts were good, felt authentic, thanks to the woman making onigiri, they were great.

It wasn’t clean, the bidet in the first room didn’t work, the vent hood in the bathroom was awfully dirty. Then I took shower and whole bathroom got flooded so they moved us to another room which was a bit cleaner and the vent was finally clean too. And bidet worked. Also the space of the room is weirdly used - you only have a tiny desk but a pretty big sofa. Why is that? That’s extremely inconvenient and you’d better put a normal desk and got rid of the sofa. The hair fans were dusty in both rooms.

Excellent location, friendly staff, easy check in or out. Large comfortable beds

No place to put your clothes. Breakfast had every second day good omelette, for the rest there were things that were not always very good quality. There would be chicken every second morning but already hour into the breakfast they would run out of it and you get canned sausages.
