The riad is well located near the blue gate and great restaurants / shops / ATMs. Staff (Hinde and Ahmed) is very attentive and helpful, Ahmed helped us pack breakfasts as we needed to check out in early morning. Marrakesh room is great for family.

We found the accommodation incredible; everything was perfect. The location is very good, as if you don't want to go through the narrow streets of the medina, you can access it by going around the outside of the wall, which is very quick. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there; everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the service from our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many questions and issues.

Very good room with all services and good location to enter the medina but also to take a petit taxi outside the medina. Also you can ask for breakfast extra and is very good (we payed 40 dirham each). The host is great and very available to help if needed

The Suite was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan details, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after exploring the Medina. The Riad itself is stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every corner is filled with charm, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Despite being in the heart of Fez, it was incredibly quiet and serene—a true oasis! The food was another highlight! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of traditional Moroccan treats. We also had dinner at the Riad, and the flavors were simply outstanding.
