Everyone were very welcoming and helpful, from checking in to checking out, to having breakfast or asking any questions. I also go updated info on the bus scheduled, without even asking as they knew how we will continue our journey. The view from the balcony is amazing. Location is also very good. Next to a super market, lots of restaurants, bus stop if you will use the bus.

marvellous location for excellent view, having a drink on the terrace is the best experience at Berat. Also in house restaurant is excellent, one good thing is after nice dinner, you don’t need to climb the steps back to the room.
