First and most, this was our first visit to Albania and Tirana. To be welcomed by Arta who runnes the hotel was such a pleasure and it made our stay so valuable. She helped us with everything practical but even more important she told us about Albanians, about the city, development, history. That was such an interesting and important part of our stay that I could not thank her enough. We booked a room with a Mountain View and the room and the view was really lovely. We spent a lot of time just exploring the local area and enjoyed the friendliness of people we met! We also had the possibility to chat with some of the other guests at the hotel. Everyone was really friendly. I would really recommend this place, and I would love to come back!

The hotel has the best location, super central and close to the bus stop towards the airport. The staff was super friendly, beds were comfy, the room was clean. There was a breakfast included in the price - it was quite basic, but it was tasty and quality was good.

A very good room and a very comfy bed; The staff at the reception was very helpful, they really did their best to provide me a room as soon as possible, so I got an early check-in. The SPA was fantastic, I had a package of hammam+ foam massage + 80 mins classical massage - it was soooo great!!!
