We came for the Christmas markets & were not disappointed! Nicely appointed room w/terrace & view towards vineyard. Peaceful area on the edge of town. Comfortable beds. Bathrobe & slippers provided. Walking distance (partly downhill) into Krems Old Town. Great location for also touring, for example, the Gottweig Monastery, Durnstein & Melk. Breakfast was very plentiful w/choice of eggs to order. Good coffee at breakfast. Parking just in front of the hotel, though filled up quickly by evening (there is a paid garage). Overall, a fantastic & relaxing stay!

Wonderful and warm hostess, lovely property, very comfortable room w/ comfortable beds and luxurious shower. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Great location - town is ideally situated for wine tasting and touring other towns in the Wachau Valley - but not overrun with tourists.

Very nice place, very nice staff as well. Room was cozy and had a really nice view. Breakfast was also great. Loved the croissants and the strawberries. Highly recommend and would stay there again if given the chance. Shower water pressure was strong
