The hotel and its location exceeded my expectations! The staff and cleanliness of the hotel are beyond praise. Excellent varied breakfasts. Sensitive and attentive attitude towards guests is felt in the smallest details...., each room has recommendations for nearby restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, public transport, a detailed explanation about parking, a list of television channels. It would seem like simple nuances, but not all hotels of this level bother themselves with these little things. Next time we visit the beautiful Vienna, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

We liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast was very very rich and amazing - you can have even salmon and few types of cakes for desert. Free tea, you just pay hot water 50 cents.

One of the best hotels in the history of my travels! If I ever come to Vienna, I will definitely stay here again. Magnificent view of the city. Good and safe parking. We didn't take breakfast, it was a bit expensive for us.

We were greeted on arrival by a charming young man who carried our heavy bags to our room for us before serving us a welcoming cappuccino. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. They ascertained the opening times of the nearby exhibition and advised us of local facilities. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has many interesting local photos as well as a comfortable library seating area. Breakfast was superb!
