This is my 2nd time in Copacabana and my 2nd stay in this hotel. I have stayed 4 nights each time. I stayed in the single room and it was perfect for me. I would say it is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in whilst travelling in Bolovia. The bed is really comfortable, the shower hot and with good pressure. Many people have complained about the shower, but you simply need to turn the tap until you can hear the electric shower kick in and then adjust slowly until you get the temperature required. It's very good. This is a family run hotel, and I believe the first in Copacabana. They really have tried to provide the best service possible. The WIFI is also excellent throughout, and there is secure parking around the back. I wouldn't bother booking anywhere else. This is the best value for money in Copacabana, hands down.

Spacious, comfortable room with a good bed. Clean private bathroom with nice warm shower. I enjoyed the fresh fruit included with the breakfast. Great value all in all.

The balcony with a view of the lake was amazing, as was waking up and seeing the lake through the large room windows. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. The location is superb. Plentiful hot water in the shower. We appreciated the in hotel laundry service. We will always be glad we chose Hotel Lago Azul.
