We had a room in the pavilion (room 47). It was amazing with a terrace and a nice view over the mountains. We were travelling with our daughter and our dog. They were so kind to provide us for the dog with a nice blanket and a food bowl. The room was clean and spacious, food was good and the entire vibe was of relaxation and quiet. We slept very well. We used the pool which was cleand and refreshing. It was a nice surprise to find this place and we trully recommend it, especially the pavilon rooms up to the hill.

A junior suit was spacious and comfortable. The beds were simply perfect! Also a big modern shower was highly appreciated.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

The gentleman that sign me ( I can’t remember his name. That’s my fault) was very Professional and polite. Took care of my needs with out any fuss. Provided things to see and do. Took care of me in the restaurant and breakfast. Very highly recommended. I cannot find any faults with him. He was the only person I dealt with at your hotel. You truly have an asset with him. I loved this hotel and if I ever come back to Chur I will definitely come back. The room was super, great bathtub and bed, and the views of Alps right outside my windows! Also the breakfast had lots of options. Highly recommend.
