There was a small worse at reception but the manage, Adam entered behind us and before he even put his bag down he greeted us and gave us welcome drinks! He gave us information about the hotel and a walk to go on that would take an hour or so then we could go back and check in! He was so friendly and helpful, views from the rooms fabulous, quiet, perfect location. Breakfast was great. Everything you need there! All in all, a perfect stay! We stayed in a room with a balcony and valley views, which was amazing to wake up to and relax on in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the train station via a short walk. All the staff are lovely. I'd read several reviews before arriving which said the manager, Adam, was fantastic. I would definitely agree. Location is great too but it will be a bit of walk if you are coming from the train station. Staffs are friendly and they upgraded our bedroom during our stay. Appreciated it.
