Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. This place is by far the largest room we have in our 2-week long trip in Europe. It is a nice large studio with an extra bedroom. Some views to the village street, goats and hills at the distance. Nice and quiet. No AC, but it was fine for us in early September. I'm not sure how it is in the heat of summer. Breakfast brought to our room in the morning, very nice host who likes to please her guests. Pay with cash.
