Excellent is the only word I can say about this hotel. Location, comfort, cleanliness, stunning views, staff, breakfast , you name it and everything was perfect, definitely recommended for families ( I was with my 2 kids)... Location is very easily accessible from interlaken ost via bus 102 - direct stop at ringgenberg post, 2 mins walk from hotel Comfort - excellently designed rooms with balcony which have a stunning lake views, i think one of the best views of the lake... Staff - very welcoming and accomodative... Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety... In all a very very good place to stay...definitely recommendable...

Location just outside Interlaken, right on the lakeside with beautiful views. Calm, relaxing and staff always ready to help and make your stay extra special. Our room had 2 windows with the most beautiful views, was very roomy and beds and bedding exceptionally comfortable. The nicest place to return after very busy days. Every place we visited was so accessible from here. Free buses into town and train station every 30 minutes and from there, everywhere! Brienz, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald ...A special thanks to the lovely owners of this special place.

We really love our stay here. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent. We are the only occupants that night. The next morning they served breakfast as if there are many people will be eating. They accomodated us superb! The ambiance is so nice and homey. The place is just walking distance to main train station. We will come back again and stay here for sure. Thank you very much to the owner and staffs..😊❤️

Incredible panorama above the lake and with view at the mountains, the pool is incredible, they offer bathrobe and slippers from the hotel, the personal at the reception is really kind and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of food. They also offer you free transport by bus within the time you are hosted at the hotel. Definitely I would come back.

The hotel was really cute with spectacular views. Very close to the Interlaken West station. The area was nice and calm. There was a school right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, had many optioms and the staff made ypu scrumbled eggs by request. Staff was friendly and helpful, we even got a free bus ticket for the area.
