We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

What a lovely experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice accommodation and great location. A few minutes walk to Interlaken West Station and COOP supermarket round the corner. City centre a few minutes away. Very clean accommodation and very good breakfast.

Overlooking Lake Thun, the Dorint Blüemlisalp offers very spacious, south-facing rooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the Alps.

Very family friendly place! The apartment was perfect for us (two adults and two toddlers), the staff was super friendly and great with kids, and there was both inside and outside playground and a pool well suited for families. The view from our balcony was outstanding! Restaurant was great for all ages. Great hiking trails from the hotel, Interlaken was 15 min drive away and was good to visit and not more than 30-45 min drive to the cable cars from Grindelwald and Lauterbrünnen.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!

The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. Fresh, warm bread. We really enjoyed the afternoon cake and tea and we loved the outside space with tables. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The only negative would be the stairs but there were not to many of them and an elevator was available.
