Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

A nice hotel with great facilities. Clean, nice restaurant and a gym. The neighborhood is very safe and the view is also excellent. I read in various reviews that breakfast was poor - not at all I assure you!
