The hotel on its own is astonishing. It’s very romantic and beautiful. The crew is very kind, the dishes were delicious. Rooms were very clean and well isolated as for such an old house. A gem in this region you truly want to spend your time.

The hotel is transitioning to new ownership and we had booked a superior room but were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Much to our absolute delight and amazement. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

The hotel view is amazing. Especially suit had an enormous lake view, you can feel in directly nature itself. Recepcionists were so helpful, generally, all employees are so kind.

Cosy bungalows with free Wi-Fi are offered in Puerto Varas, only 1 km from the downtown area. Cabañas Bosque Sur are fully furnished and only 100 metres from the bus station. Private parking is free.

The place was very clean and nice, the bed and mattress were super comfortable. The heating was great too! On the second day, they cleaned the room, brought us new towels and more coffee/tea. The staff were polite and friendly, and they helped us check-in a little earlier too. The cabins are easy to get to from the center on foot, there is a convenience store and a bus stop nearby, and the area is calm and quiet.
