Communication with the staff was perfect, they are quick at solving problems and answering messages. Location is perfect, right in the city centre. There's a bar right across the street (Na Hrade), we asked and the staff booked us a table there. Good breakfast, plenty of choices. You could park your car just in front of the hotel door for 200 kr/24h or you could leave your car for free 300 meters away from hotel.

Just a 7-minute walk from main train and bus station of Hradec Kralove, Harmony Hall offers free Wi-Fi in the common lounge area. Paid parking is possible near by.
