    All round opulence. Superb location. Room upgraded with free parking, equating to half-price upgrade. Excellent view of palace. Breakfast excellent with wide choice.

    we had been to aranjuez a few uesrs ago and needed a dog friendly hotel to break out journey it was lovely staff really helpful a d molly the dog made welcome

    Room was lovely we upgraded to look out at the palace, breakfast was excellent, parking was great and the charging of our electric car. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We have stayed many times and will carry on doing so.

    Faultless stay. Arriving from the warmth of the South to the cold and rain what a lovely warm welcome. Easy parking. Atmospheric hotel with huge comfortable and warm rooms. There is a perfect area off reception where you can dine with your dog. We had a lovely meal and very helpful and friendly waitress. We also had breakfast in this area and again the very helpful staff supplied a wheeled trolley for us The breakfast was amazing. A lovely relaxing stay.
