We were upgraded to an apartment type room which was spacious comfortable and exceptionally clean. Having its own kitchen area with a coffee machine and free coffee was a great bonus. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Getxo is a quaint seaside location with beautiful properties along a wide promenade leading to an harbour area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Not far from the port of Bilbao where we caught our ferry back to the UK. .Guest review byJamesYoung couple
