We had a lovely stay. The property is historical, beautiful, comfortable, well kept and quiet. It was recently renovated and decorated tastefully. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh coffee, fruit, croissant and eggs. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in and we had a lovely view of the garden. Jean Luc and Valerie were very friendly and helpful and gave us a map with recommendations of what to visit and where to eat. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. We would love to come back next time we are in Avignon.

What a wonderful host. You are warmly welcomed, shown around, provided with advice on restaurants, things to do, and breakfast is to your liking, whether that's a small snack before a big adventure or a full breakfast ready for a day of city walking. The rooms are comfortable, have everything you need, and the space is calming and quiet. I felt so safe being a single woman staying there and I am more than sure I could have called the B&B at any point for help if I needed it out and about or at the accommodation itself. It felt like a home more than just a place to stay. Alberic (I think was his name) was just the kindest and most helpful host. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is a beautiful historic hotel within easy walking distance to most of Avignon’s attractions. Our room was amazing with wonderful views over the rooftops of Avignon. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get a reservation at the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was great

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the castle. The hotel lobby and rooms are very comfortable and have a sense of history. The dinner restaurant is also very good and the taste is good.

The location was excellent. The rooms were a good size, the beds comfortable and there was space to put your clothes and toiletries so that you didn't have to live out of your suitcase. It was quiet even though you were close to the centre of old Avignon. It was also nice having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.
