Deon and Laura were great hosts; Deon showed us around, even offered to help bring our bags up: a first, thank you. The room was a good size, had everything including a fridge! Lovely bathroom. Nice view out the back. Breakfast was terrific, and we had a great view from our table across the town. Lots of information about what to do (good walks from the house) and where to eat. Good location, could walk to eateries. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

The Roman Camp is a little gem. Rooms and lounge and staff are all worth it. Food is always excellent too. We will go back for sure, hopefully not too soon.

The Abbotsford is a spacious Victorian property, refurbished in a contemporary style. It was featured as one of the top 10 bed and breakfasts in GB by Yours magazine.

We had the attic room with a lovely view and comfortable swivel chairs to enjoy the evening twilight. Bed was very comfortable. Crisp white linens. Coffee and tea supplies in our room. Large clean bathroom. Staff was very friendly.

Charming location for a charming house. Superb breakfast (the poached eggs). Great value for money. We had the top floor to ourselves and the decoration and general finishing made it feel cozy and romantic.

A wonderful B&B run by outstanding hosts. Very comfortable rooms with extra large beds and clean bathroom. Very nice common area with living room, conservatory and bar. An excellent breakfast served in a large & bright dining room. Perfection all round!

The staff were amazing. All courteous and polite. Dinner was lovely. We were leaving Scotland the next day so I ordered my last haggis, neeps and tatties. I was not disappointed. The room was large and airy.
