Just so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to be there. Even my beagle felt like an honoured guest. Room was first rate in every sense. The restaurant was not open but they allowed us to order in and set a table etc. worked really well.

In the Exmoor National Park, the 13th-century Luttrell Arms offers medieval features and picturesque gardens.

Great location, beautiful garden, exceptional service, great food in the restaurant and a surprise with a private garden for our room! Hands down, this was one of the best places we stayed in the UK. The staff was very attentive to details and we want to say a separate massive thank you to everyone in the Luttrell Arms hotel and restaurant!

The Beach Hotel offers incredible views across the Bristol Channel and the West Somerset Railway. Situated in Minehead, this luxurious hotel is on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park.

We really enjoyed a most wonderful experience of staying at the Beach hotel. Excellently situated on the front with a view of the sea and next to the railway station. Light and spacious eating , drinking and sitting areas around the ground floor with the most fabulous breakfasts. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, tea and coffee, great shower and bath attached. When I developed a medical problem they absolutely bent over backwards to assist me and for that I am totally indebted to the staff and especially Julie and Emma who were so incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Northfield Hotel is nestled between the Exmoor coast and Exmoor National Park. Guests also benefit from free on-site parking.

Great location for town and the beach. Car park at rear. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed in a room which was well thought out and had everything you'd need. Great shower in large well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast choices were really good and cooked well. Evening meals also of a high standard.

Great staff, friendly locals, good food, clean and comfortable room with little touches such as ear plugs (but we didn’t need them).

With garden views, The Smugglers Inn is set in Minehead and has a restaurant, a housekeeping service, bar, garden and sun terrace.

The Notley Arms is an absolutely beautiful property with well appointed rooms. The rooms were well done with beautiful pieces of furniture and everything you could possibly need. Simon and Caroline were amazing. My daughters loved their time here. They went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The food was excellent and the service equally so. If you are lucky enough to stay here I assure you will have a great stay. The location is amazing the most beautiful part of the world. I will definitely be back

I wish, I could have stayed longer in this lovely bed and breakfast. The historical estate, which is renovated with a lot of love for details, is telling stories. The big and comfy rooms and the blooming garden and the terrace, overlooking it, are fantasic. Breakfast tasted like in a star kitchen. Parking is easy. A short walk away along the Exe-river is the Crown Hotel Exmoor, which is a terrific and cosy place for the evening with excellent food and nice people!

Dunster Mill House simply does it right. First of all, our room was spacious with a couch and beautiful view of the countryside. I loved hearing the trickle sound of the stream below and the bed was very comfy. The location was beautiful and extremely quiet as it was down a dead end lane on the outskirts of the village, yet just minutes walk from the main village street and main castle entrance. Breakfast was good and the room and house was extremely clean with fresh towels changed everyday and shampoo/conditioner, lotion, tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Karen is so hard working to care for your needs. We can't wait to stay again. We absolutely fell in love with the village and surrounds.
