My sister and I stayed for one night as we had a 6am flight the next morning and needed a location near the airport. We had never stayed in an all inclusive resort before. When they say all inclusive, they mean it. From 3 meals a day (with a private fine dining restaurant for suite guests) and 2 ala carte restaurants plus a buffet restaurant to choose from, all was complimentary. This included alcoholic beverages at the lobby bar and pool bar and the mini bar as well! They had live entertainment and at the pool area complimentary snacks like large Greek salads, souvlaki’s and smash burgers plus salmon roll ups and Greek pastries. When we checked into our room we got a complimentary fruit platter with chocolates and a bottle of wine. We had free Mercedes service to and from the airport and the staff were first class! Amenities were top notch too!

Everything!! Perfect location! Walking distance to everywhere! The staff were incredibly amazing, attentive, generous and super friendly. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Only here for 1 night, but definitely recommend. Friendly, kind staff, who helped us with transportation from ferry & later to airport. A very comfortable, clean, quiet location close to airport. Bed was great…not too hard! Walking distance to tavernas, stores, beach etc. We didn’t have time to make use of pool, but the breakfast was great & reasonably priced.

I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.
