We had the best time at Roses. It was perfect for our group of eight. Fabulous location, delicious daily breakfasts and the pool and bar area was well utilised! Effie and Babi were amazing hosts. They organised taxis, bikes, laundry - nothing was a problem! We will definitely be recommending Roses to all our friends in New Zealand.

Amazing property with a beautiful view from the balcony and next to the pool. The bar was always open. Very friendly and helpful family who owns the place. There was an optional breakfast every morning. Easy parking. The resident cats are a bonus.

Such a wonderful place. The receptionist that welcomed us was extremely nice and helpful and overall our experience was amazing! The place has such a beautiful view, and is very close to the center of Parikia. I recommend it 100%
