Beautiful location, well maintained facilities. All spaces are tastefully decorated and in harmony with the breathtaking landscape. management is definitely doing a great job running the hotel like clockwork. Everything runs smoothly from the reception, to the bars & restaurants to the housekeeping. But what makes this place exceptional is the amazing staff (Ladies at the reception, Solomon, Apostoles, Fortis, Margareta and Romeo - thanks!)

Couldn't of asked for more. We had the swim up pool room and it was perfect! The Staff were all amazing. Plenty of choices for vegetarians.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was renovated, cleaners were cleaning every day and providing new towels. Pool was always clean, very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is in the middle of everything you will need with great restaurants near by. If we would come to Zakynthos again we will for sure choose this hotel.

We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!

We received an upgrade to a Suite with private pool and garden. We were so lucky.🫠 It is a great location and all the facilities were 10/10 . The staff 10/10 , so nice and helpful with everything. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Zakynthos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing hospitality from the staff, especially Gerasimos at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Gerasimos welcomed us with genuine warmth and a big smile. He was always cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — nothing was ever too much trouble. He even surprised us with a thoughtful gift when we were leaving, which touched us deeply. It’s rare to meet people who go so far out of their way to make guests feel at home, and Gerasimos did exactly that. Thank you for making our holiday extra special.
