The grounds are beautiful and welcoming. The hosts (owners) were so friendly and accommodating - they made us feel instantly at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. VERY CLEAN.

This was one of the nicest stays on our trip. Deirdre and Anthony were very welcoming. the hosts and the accommodations couldn’t have been nicer. we were even surprised that breakfast ingredients were provided. The little chalet was very comfortable and very quiet. waking to a field of frolicking lambs was the icing on the cake!

Glenroyal Hotel offers superb leisure facilities, including a modern leisure club. Maynooth Rail Station is opposite the hotel and Dublin city centre is a 20-minute drive away.

Lots of the property is brand new, the reception and bar are gorgeous! Room service was fab as was our evening meal. Staff couldn’t have done any more for us, we came the night after our wedding and they facilitated early check in and gave us a complimentary drink and dessert! Great location on top of a very nice pub, with music and various attractions every night. Very nice stay indeed, about 50min from Dublin If you are looking to something different than the usual anonymous hotel, this is the case
